• The external chamber of the drum has a cooling vertical tube (304 stainless steel) with refrigeration function, and the refrigeration temperature range is adjustable from 0 to 10 ℃.

• The device is equipped with temperature sensors and pressure sensors on the body, which can be displayed on the control cabinet through instruments (or through a display screen)

• Real time monitoring of the internal pressure of the machine body, PLC setting automatic (or manual) steam filling, the internal pressure of the machine body reaches 1.3 kilograms, the temperature rises by more than 121 °, and meets the sterilization conditions in place. When the pressure rises to 1.7-2 kilograms, it will automatically exhaust and release pressure, and if there is less than 1.3 kilograms in the machine body, it will automatically fill with steam. Ensure safe operation and sterilization function inside the body.

• Fully automatic (manually adjustable) start stop and steam monitoring, capable of online steam sterilization of components such as material pipelines and drums that come into direct contact with materials. The sterilization temperature is not lower than 121 ℃, and the sterilization time can be set. After sterilization, clean compressed air can be filled to maintain a positive pressure state in the system. There is a stable and reliable online sterilization program, and all process parameters can be monitored and recorded; To meet hygiene requirements, all materials such as pipelines and valves in contact with materials must withstand 1mol/L NaOH, 75% ethanol, and common aqueous buffer solutions with pH 4-10.

Main Features:                               

The high speed Tube Centrifuge is the equipment works with high separation factor and capacity, little space and easy operation, with low noises, it is extremely convenient to maintain.

Working Principle:                                                 

The separator consists of machine body, driving part, bowl, liquid collecting tray and liquid inlet bearing seat etc. On top of the bowl is the flexible spindle and at the bottom is the damping floating bearing. The spindle is coupled with driven wheel by buffer on the coupling seat. The motor transmit power to the driven wheel through drive belt and tension wheel, thus for the blow to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet at the bottom, and the centrifugal force compels the clarification liquid to flow upwards along the inner wall of bowl, and the clarification liquid flows out from the outlet. The solid deposit in the bowl and it will be discharged by manual after the machine is shut down.
