Introduction

Working Principle

The REYES decanter centrifuge operates using high-speed rotation to generate powerful centrifugal force. When material enters the rotating drum, solid particles with higher density are quickly thrown to the inner wall of the drum. The built-in screw conveyor, which runs at a slight differential speed, continuously pushes accumulated solids toward the solid discharge port. At the same time, the lighter liquid phase overflows from the other end. For 3-phase separation, the machine simultaneously separates oil, water and solid in one step. This fully automatic structure realizes uninterrupted feeding and discharging, making it ideal for large-volume and long-running industrial projects.
