Milk and dairy disc separator
Automatic slag removal type - degreaser series
The milk cream separator is one of the sedimentation centrifuges, which is used to separate difficult-to-separate materials (such as suspension composed of viscous liquid and fine solid particles or emulsion composed of liquid with similar density). Disc centrifuge is the most widely used sedimentation centrifuge.
Its principle is to use greater centrifugal force to settle and separate by using the density difference of immiscible substances in materials. It can complete solid-liquid separation, i.e. material clarification, and liquid-liquid separation, i.e. emulsion separation.
Compared with similar products, its characteristics are:
▲ Short body, small size, easy for workers to operate, occupying less workshop space;
▲ The motor has low power and consumes less electrical energy;
▲ Adopting variable frequency starting; Gear transmission
▲ The inlet of the separator is specially designed to prevent fat globules from breaking.
▲ The pressure regulating valve can adjust the concentration of cream at will
▲The outlet of the separator adopts a centripetal pump structure, and the discharged liquid phase can be directly transported to downstream equipment
▲ This machine has CIP self-cleaning function;
▲ There are two options for slag removal methods, which can be automatically controlled by PLC or manually controlled;
▲The drum adopts a special structure with a large processing capacity and good defatting and clarification effect.
▲The fat content in skim milk can be reduced to 0.015-0.05%
