Application

High Configuration LWS Decanter Centrifuge Features
- 3-phase AC motor for controlled torque starting via frequency converter, Dual Motors drive and Dual Variable Frequency Converter drive to realize the function of soft starting and slowstop;
- Bowl speed is adjustable via VFD to obtain the required G-force for optimized separation;
- Conveying speed is adjustable for optimized balance between liquid;
- Low personnel costs due to continuous and automatic operation;
- Highest g-force for higher solids output;
- Automatic adjustment of differential speed via VFD;
- Belts for both primary motor and secondary motor;
- All parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel;
- Main machine parts such as the bowl and scroll conveyor are made of corrosion resistant ,Cemented carbide and high quality carbon steel or stainless steel, offering high maximum bowl speed and high centrifugal force;
- Wear-proof Ceramic, Tungsten Carbide tiles are sintered on the scroll conveyor;
- Centripetal pump ,Improve separation efficiency. More convenient on-site adjustment;
- Multiple safety protection: The overall electric protection (overload, default phase, over-torque of centrifuge protection, etc.); bowl speed and differential speed detection, over-vibration protection, motors overload and over heat protection, bearing temperature monitoring, conveyor torque protection;
- Advanced special structure, especially the design of BD board on the scroll conveyor, which makes the centrifuge have better performance, greater treating capacity and more efficient separating performance than the usual centrifuge.
